You never know what’s going to happen next in Lindsay Lohan saga. The star was released on bail less than 14 hours after a judge jailed her without bail.

Lohan, who violated her probation by failing two drug tests, was taken into custody Friday, pending a full hearing to determine the status of her probation.

Then, all of a sudden, she was freed Friday night after scoring a legal victory when a judge allowed her to post bail – $300,000 - despite the earlier ruling.

Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Elden Fox’s order to hold Lohan without bail was overruled by a supervising judge after her attorney filed an appeal.

However, according to the most recent ruling, the train wreck must be fitted – again – with an alcohol-monitoring bracelet within 24 hours of her release.
