Bipasha Basu is announced ‘Face of the event‘ for third edition of the Airtel Delhi Half Marathon, 2010,that is to be held at Capital.

The event, which is expected to attract the sports loving people of Delhi as well as the health and fitness freaks, will be held on November 21.

Ethiopia’s long distance runner Deriba Merga, a two-time champion in 2008 and 2009, is also expected to return for an attempt at a hat-trick of titles and a shot at his own course record of 59.15, set in 2008.

While online registrations for the event has started some time back, the physical registrations opened only yesterday and will continue till November 4, unless the running space gets full before that.

About 10,000 running spaces have been reserved for the Half Marathon category.

Priyanka Chopra has agreed to do Race 2.

After the super response to Race, the combo of director duo Abbas-Mustan and producer Ramesh Taurani (Tips) is all set to return with yet another high octane thriller.

The casting has been much talked about thing these days. Rumours were that Abhishek Bachchan is replacing Saif in the sequel.

Ramesh Taurani confirmed, “Yes Priyanka Chopra has been finalized for Race 2 while we are still on the look out for 2 more heroines.” On being asked, whom the actress was paired opposite, Taurani said, “That you will have to wait and watch as Race 2 is also full of twists and turns.”

He also confirmed that Saif Ali Khan is very much a apart of the film and Saif along with Anil Kapoor, John Abraham, and now Priyanka Chopra are the actors who are confirmed on board.
