News of the B-town is that Deepika Padukone is to share screen space with Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham in Dostana 2.Katrina Kaif has been signed in to play the lead.

According to sources, Deepika agreed to act in Dostana sequel.The film was to start in August beginning,but has been delayed and is now going to start next year.

Sources say, “Karan was unhappy with the way the story of Dostana 2 had shaped up. Keeping this in mind, Karan has postponed the shooting of the film till the changes are made and the script gets okayed by him.”

Meanwhile Deepika has not confirmed being part of Dostana 2. “I am talking to the producers, but nothing has been confirmed. For now I am looking forward to Yash Raj Films Lafangey Parindey, Ashutosh Gowarikar’s Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Se and Danish Aslam’s Break Ke Baad” ,said Deepika.
